World Game and Coaching for teachers training
The initiative of Marilyn Atkinson in creating World Game – the international movement of coaches and leaders was a considerable step on the way of promoting coaching ideas in the general population and in education system in particular. M.Atkinson urged all coaching schools to open up opportunities for training to the countries and population who need financial support.
In response to the World Game, the Russian office of the Erickson Coaching International offered favorable places for training for the teachers who make significant contribution to the secondary schools’ education system and development of children. Managers and then teachers and volunteers of charity foundation “Big Break” became the first participant of this program in 2009.
Since 2011 Natalia Gulchevskaya and behind her Natalia Suslova, Tatsiana Azioma and other graduates and trainers of the Erickson International started to run specialized training “The Introduction to Coaching in education” for teachers of secondary schools.
