At Coaching in Education we offer
Two distinct routes into coaching
For learners
We design and deliver coaching and development programmes for learners at key stages of their educational journey. Our work supports confidence, employability, wellbeing, and successful progression.
Our learner provision includes:
Coaching programmes for learners aged 14-18
Undergraduate coaching, including transition and progression support
Final-year coaching focused on employability, confidence, and next steps
Structured learner development workshops covering leadership and core skills
For leaders
We support leaders working in and alongside education through coaching, team development, and targeted professional learning. Our work strengthens leadership, reflective practice, communication, and wellbeing.
