Giving back is central to who we are
Our CIC status reflects our belief that coaching and education should play an active role in addressing inequality, supporting social mobility and ensuring everybody can reach their potential.
As a CIC, we are committed to

Community programmes
Support where opportunity is missing
As part of our commitment to giving back, Coaching in Education offers subsidised coaching programmes for learners who may not otherwise have access to coaching and development opportunities.

Wellbeing workshops
Coaching in Education also delivers free and low-cost wellbeing workshops for learners and leaders as part of our outreach offer.

Effective communication for individuals and teams
Outreach partnerships
Our outreach is delivered in partnership with charities, schools, universities and community organisations.
