At Coaching in Education we believe in the transformational power of coaching as “a collaborative, solution focused, result-orientated and systemic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth of the coachee”

At CiE we believe all teachers, can benefit from coaching at any stage in their career, even when things are going well! All of our coaches are experienced educators, enabling them to recognise the demands of the roles and bring their wider understanding of the profession to each session.

Leadership coaching and development

RLE™ Resilient Leader Elements, using the RLDP™

The RLE™ leadership framework and bespoke RLDP™ software are transformational leadership tools, with a 25year history across multiple industries from the armed forces, corporate and financial services to education. Our accredited RLE consultants are trained coaches with educational experience to ensure they can support you in developing your leadership capabilities and increasing resilience.

Partnership with Leadership in schools TBC*

Our 6, 12 or 18 month programmes, combine coaching, group workshops and individual access to the RLDP™, including 360° feedback and challenge engine to enable each leader to identify their development areas and take actionable next steps for their development. The RLE™ leadership framework and bespoke RLDP™ software, are transformative no matter what career stage you are.

TIFF© (Temple Index of Functional Fluency) TIFF© profile

Programme Outline

Unlike psychometric quizzes you may have done in the past, the TIFF© Profile encourages you to respond more, and react less. Highlighting behaviours, these sessions are invaluable in understanding and improving individuals’ communication and personal effectiveness.

Completion of TIFF© Questionnaire, two hour review session with accredited TIFF© providers, which includes action planning. Follow up coaching sessions will enable actions to be implemented and the impact of the initial session to be maximised.

Leadership Workshops

Functional Fluency

The Functional Fluency approach enables you, your team and organisation to become more effective. Offering a lens to reflect upon behaviours and communication to plan for and create stronger relationships and foster personal growth and impact. The Functional Fluency behavioural framework enables us to recognise patterns of behaviours in ourselves and others, it gives a shared language to address this and enlighten us to choose different responses.

Lego® Serious Play® ensures that as a team you come to a universally agreed answer to the question posed. This question is specific to you and designed by your facilitator to get to the heart of the issue your team is facing. The Lego® Serious Play® methodology unlocks the creativity and thinking force of your team whilst enabling equal contribution and shared experience, bringing the team together and maximising buy-in.
