Working with coaches who share our values.
CiE works with a network of associate coaches who support delivery across our learner and leadership coaching programmes. This is an open, year-round opportunity for coaches interested in working within education-focused contexts and contributing to meaningful, values-led work.
Associate coach opportunities
Associate coaches may support
- Learner coaching programmes
- Leadership coaching
- Workshops and development sessions
- Outreach and scholarship initiatives
Associates are engaged on a flexible basis and are matched carefully to programmes, cohorts and organisational contexts.
What we look for
We are particularly interested in hearing from coaches who:
- Can provide evidence of their coaching qualifications to an equivalent of Level 5 or Level 7 standards
- Currently work, or have previously worked, within education
- Have experience supporting learners or leaders
- Demonstrate strong alignment with CiE’s mission and values
- Are reflective, ethical and committed to high professional standards
- Coaches will adhere to safeguarding frameworks and the ICF Code of Ethics
Experience in widening participation, inclusion, leadership development or wellbeing is welcomed, though not essential.
